Molecular Detection of Fungi from Fish Lakes in Wasit Province

This study will look for the fungus Saprolegnia parasitica from fish in several lakes Wasit Province that are associated with farming (carp). Sixty samples were collected organs, including gills, skin, and eyes. Which bears following signs (skin blisters, gills have turned dark gray necrosis, a blow to eyes led) during period (October 2021- December 2021). It might take lot of time effort isolate identify fungi using traditional procedures. The parasite may be identified DNA-based fungal detection techniques According results this PCR study, do not harbor fungus. As result, it manifests as deficiencies. therefore shows itself inadequacies. Poor management, poor feed, insufficient oxygen application, unclean water, blame dead fish.
